AUNT EDNA'S PUMPKIN PIE 
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (1 1/2 c. steamed pumpkin)
5/8 c. canned evaporated milk
5/8 c. water (5/8 is 1 1/4 c.)

Prepare 1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust (deep dish). Mix well pie ingredients and pour into crust. Bake exactly 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Then turn the oven down and bake an additional 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake until set.
