It tasted good I was not as impressed as everyone else the flavor was not that amazing it was really easy to make that's about it. Nothing to write home about. My husband thought the same it tasted good not great.

After reading all the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I do admit the gravy was far better than what my imagination would have allowed, based on the ingredients. I was disappointed in the meat after it came out. It was not as tender or juicy as I would have expected. I am a self taught chef and I wouldn't recommend this, at least not with this cut of meat. I will make it again, but will probably use pork instead.

Read the reviews, thought it couldn't be that good...was I ever wrong! My husband said it was stupendous and would have eaten it all if he had had room for it. It's the only way I will cook my London broils from now on. Thanks for a great recipe!

To those trying recipe. When you buy the dry Italian Dressing mix... always watch and try to get the "regular", as the "zesty" mix - changes up the flavor quite a bit.

A-Ma-Zing!! I was a little skeptical, but we tried it. So simple, but yet so good. As my husband said, "It's a keeper!!"

Just made this for the second time. Tried it first with "london broil" aka round from the market. Cooked for about 6 hours. Chuck was on sale so I got a 3 pounder. I was a bit concerned at first because I checked at 4 hours and 30 minutes and the meat was really tough, my cooker is usually a bit on the fast side. Waited till 7 hours total cooking time passed and it came out perfect. Using entire packets is a bit much,it's more sodium than we are use to since we try to be healthy but this one is a keeper! I will use less of the ranch and italian dressing mix next time. Will let you health conscious eaters know how it goes.

Made this recipe last week...The Whole Family Loved It! Had to make copies of the recipe for my daughter & daughter-in-law. What a great tasting and easy way to prepare this type of inexpensive meat and have the end result to be so yummy! Thank You for sharing it!

My husband would eat chicken or fish over beef any day of the week. I made this for the first time last night and he LOVED it and wants it more often.

I made this recipe tonight and my family loved it! My husband is a picky eater so new recipes are not always a hit. The meat was tender and the gravy was delicious too. This recipe will definitely go into the rotation of favorites. Thanks Phyllis!

This was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much for sharing this Phyllis! And, the gravy is the best. I will never make it any other way. Super easy and super good!
PS Patty, I understand what you are saying about london broil. However, not everyone will eat it pink. I personally love my beef rare. But, my husband will not touch it if there's even a little bit of pink in the center. But, he loved this, as did our kids! And, even though I like my beef rare, it was still really, really good! We all loved it!
