AIMEE'S 5 HOUR STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat (do not brown)
3 carrots, cut
4 ribs celery, cut in 1" pieces
2 lg. onions, cut
2 lg. potatoes, sliced thick
1 sm. can green beans
1 sm. can peas
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. water

Cook in oven in a tightly covered pot at 275 degrees for 5 hours. Do not uncover until finished cooking. Don't peek!
