ANDY'S PEPPERED STEAK 
2 lbs. beef (less expensive cut is fine)
2 lg. bell peppers
2 lg. onions
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp. oil

Cut beef into 1/2 inch strips, about 2-3 inches long. Brown in 1 teaspoon oil in covered frying pan, electric fryer, or wok. Slice pepper and onions thin. Put in with steak. When steak is done. Don't overcook, it only takes 4-5 minutes; stir occasionally. Serve immediately.
