MEXICAN SALAD 
1 head lettuce, cut up
2 tomatoes, cut up
1 lg. chopped onion
1/2 lb. longhorn (or Cheddar) cheese, grated or chunk
1 c. Ranch style beans, rinse (can sub. red kidney beans)
1 bottle Catalina salad dressing

Mix all above ingredients and let set at least 1 hour. When ready to serve, mix in medium bag of Fritos corn chips (slightly crushed).
