BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 or 2 pkgs. round steak
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
1 lg. pkg. egg noodles
1 can consomme soup
1 can water
Flour
Salt and pepper

Cut meat in 3 inch long narrow strips. Salt and pepper meat and dip in flour and brown in hot oil. Add onion. Add 1 can consomme soup and 1 can water. Simmer for 1 hour 15 minutes or until meat is tender. The last 15 minutes, add sour cream. Stir and let simmer 10 minutes. Serve over noodles.
