CHILI CASSEROLE 
8 oz. corn chips
1 lg. onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded American cheese
3 c. leftover chili, homemade

Spread corn chips in bottom of a casserole dish. Add onion, cheese and chili layering 2 layers. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degree preheated oven. Garnish with hot peppers, shredded lettuce and sour cream.
