3 c. sm. cubes of bread
1 qt. milk
4 egg yolks, well beaten
Butter, size of a lg. walnut
Grated rind of 1 lemon
Pinch of salt

Scald milk, pour over bread cubes. Add sugar, salt and butter. Let sit about 10 minutes or until blended. Add egg yolks and rind and mix well together. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven until done.
