1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
4 egg yolks
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 2 oranges
1 (No. 2) can pineapple
1/2 lb. marshmallows
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour

Mix and cook in double boiler until smooth. Cool and add 1 pint of whipped cream.
