1 Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
3/4 c. oil
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)

Mix and bake cake according to directions on box. Let cake cool. Mix the remaining ingredients for the icing on cake.
