PINEAPPLE FLUFF PIE 
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 egg whites
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Place pineapple, sugar, salt and water in a double boiler and mix well. When mixture is hot, add the cornstarch, which has been mixed with a little water. Stir while adding. Cook 20 minutes. COOL. Beat the egg whites very stiff and fold in the pineapple mixture. Place in a baked pie shell and cover with whipped cream.
