PEACH PIE 
4 c. sliced peaches
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
Pinch of salt

Cook on top of stove until partially thickened. Stir as it may stick. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dab some butter on top.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Can be made as a 2 crust pie. Use a 9 inch pie pan. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
