MACARONI AND CHEESE SALAD 
7 oz. macaroni, cooked, drained & cooled
2 c. chicken, cooked & chopped
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. cubed cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cut up onions
1/3 c. chopped pickles
1/2 c. celery slices
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine first 8 ingredients, blend mayonnaise and mustard. Add and toss lightly, chill, serve on greens. Serves 6.
