LOW - CALORIE LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground turkey, browned
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, cut up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
3 oz. Parmesan cheese

Other ingredients: 8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray. Put in layers in the following order: Sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, noodles, sauce, Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered and 15 minutes, uncovered. let stand 15 minutes before serving. Freezes well. Add 15 minutes to baking time, if refrigerated. Makes 8 servings.
