PRETZEL SALAD | |
1 c. crushed pretzels 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. butter, melted Mix together and put into 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes in 350 degree oven. 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. Cool Whip 1/2 c. powdered sugar Layer over pretzel mixture. Mix together 2 small packages strawberry Jello dissolved in 2 cups hot water. Mix in 1 (16 ounce) carton frozen strawberries (undrained and unthawed) until dissolved. Add 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained). Refrigerate until partly set. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate. |
