TURKEY INJECTION 
1/2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 tsp. garlic juice

Mix warm ingredients together. Inject 12-15 pound turkey using a 20-30 cc syringe and 18 gauge needle. Be sure to inject evenly throughout turkey. Approximately 12 hours before grilling. Note: Do not inject air into meat or liquid will squirt out. Grill turkey will be very juicy and tasty.
