PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1/2 c. washed uncooked rice
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix soup with water. Combine rice, meat, onion, seasonings and 4 tablespoons of soup. Mix well and form into balls. Place in casserole; cover with remaining soup. Bake covered at 350 degrees about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove cover for last 15 minutes.
