MOROCCAN ROAST CHICKEN | |
1 roasting chicken 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. chervil 1/2 Spanish onion 4-6 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. salt Generous pinch cayenne pepper Add chopped herbs and onion to rest of ingredients - pound to a smooth paste. Spread on chicken and roast in usual manner. Baste from time to time. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. |
