BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream

In large skillet, brown meat. Blend in onion soup mix, flour and tomato paste. Stir in water, simmer covered minimum 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles, garnish with parsley. Serves 4 to 6. Two tablespoons dry white wine adds a nice flavor.
