CHICKEN OR TURKEY LASAGNA 
Boil 9 lasagna noodles until tender, drain. Combine:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
About 6 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 c. black olives, chopped or 1/2 c. green and 1/2 c. black olives
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
5 c. shredded American cheese

Line 9x13 inch pan with a layer of noodles (3), a layer of chicken mixture, a layer of cheese. Continue, having 3 layers, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

You can make this ahead of time and refrigerate. If refrigerated, add 15 minutes to baking time. Let stand 10-15 minutes to set before cutting.
