TURKEY LASAGNA 
8 oz. lasagna noodles
3 c. cooked turkey
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 1/2 c. canned turkey gravy
2 tbsp. onion
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Cook noodles, drain. While cooking noodles combine turkey, gravy, mushrooms and onion in saucepan - mix well. Bring to boil over medium heat, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

In lightly oiled dish (8x8) spoon thin layer gravy on bottom of pan. Arrange noodles and sauce alternately, ending with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is brown. Remove from heat. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
