ROBINA'S MINCE 
1 lb. ground sirloin
1 sm. onion, diced
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. water
Flour
Salt and pepper
Potatoes, cooked and mashed (or cooked rice or cooked egg noodles)

In a large skillet, add butter and onion, and grill until translucent. Add sirloin; grill until meat is well cooked, chopping (mincing) as meat is cooking. Add water and enough flour (approximately 1/4 cup) to make a gravy. Stir into meat mixture. Season to taste. Serve over potatoes. Serves 2-4.

VARIATION: Eliminate onion, increase meat to 1 1/2 pounds, add 1 package Lipton onion soup mix after adding water. Makes a spicier dish.
