1 bag of mixed cheese (3 or 4 kinds of cheese)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese softened
choice of preserves or pepper jelly

Mix all of ingredients together and place preserves of choice or pepper jelly in center. Serve with snack crackers.
