FLORIDA SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 lb. lg. curd cottage cheese
1 c. hot water

Drain crushed pineapple; set aside. Mix lemon Jello with 1/2 cup hot water; let cool to lukewarm. Add 1 cup mayonnaise; let stand. Add 1/2 cup of hot water and 1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows. Add cottage cheese and pineapple and stir. Chill, serve cold.
