STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 box strawberry Jello
1 c. strawberries
1 c. coconut, if desired
1 c. pecans, if desired

Mix together cake mix, oil and milk. Add eggs, one at a time, beating in each one. Add other ingredients and cook at 350 degrees until done. Use a sheet cake pan.,

ICING:

1 box XXX sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. strawberries
1/2 c. coconut, if desired
1/2 c. pecans, if desired

Cream butter and sugar and add rest of ingredients. If using frozen strawberries, put juice in the icing. If using fresh strawberries, add a little milk to the icing to make it creamy enough to spread over cake.
