EASY COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
How easy is this?

1/2 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups milk
1 cup coconut flakes

Blend all ingredients in mixer. Pour into buttered and floured 10-inch pie pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
