FAMILY QUICHE 
1 (10 inch) baked quiche or pastry shell
5 or 6 slices bacon
5 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 med. onion, sliced
1 med. green pepper, cut in 1/4 inch strips
4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour

On roasting rack or layers of paper towels, microwave bacon 5 to 6 minutes on High, or until crisp. Crumble into bottom of cooked pie shell.

In medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, and seasoned salt. Mix well. Set aside.

In 1 quart measure, combine onion, green pepper, mushrooms and butter. Microwave 3-5 minutes on High, or until onions are transparent.

Add flour, mix well. Add to egg mixture. Stir until blended. Pour into pie shell. Microwave 14 to 16 minutes on 6, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
