POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 grated potatoes, drained
1 med. onion, diced
6 oz. bacon, browned and crumbled
5 oz. can evaporated milk
5 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine and place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 1/2 hour and then at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. (Lithuanian dish called "Kugel").
