RAISIN CUSTARD PIE 
1 1/4 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1 heaping tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
Salt

Boil together:

1/2 c. chopped raisins (ground)
1 tbsp. butter
Nutmeg to taste, 1/4 tsp. or a little more to taste

Egg white as meringue.
