FROSTED COOKIES 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
2 eggs
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sour milk (milk mixed with 1 tbsp. vinegar)
vanilla

Mix first three ingredients. Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda together. Add flour mixture alternately with milk to the mixed 3 ingredients. Drop by tsp. on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F. When cool, frost with chocolate frosting.
