TACO SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can hominy
1 can pinto beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes & green chili
8 oz. can chopped tomatoes
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix, dry
1 pkg. Old El Paso taco seasoning, dry
tortilla chips
grated cheddar cheese

Brown the ground beef and onion together. Drain and put in crockpot. Add the corn, hominy, pinto beans, red kidney beans, tomatoes and green chili, chopped tomatoes. (DO NOT DRAIN THE VEGETABLES.) Just open and dump in. Add ranch dressing mix (dry), the taco seasoning (dry). Stir together and cook at least 2 hours.

Use tortilla chips and grated cheddar cheese to dip with if you prefer instead of crackers.
