ICE CREAM PIE | |
1/3 c. soft butter 1/3 c. Karo syrup 2 c. Rice Krispies 1 qt. vanilla ice cream Add 1/3 cup butter to Karo syrup and beat until fluffy. Add Rice Krispies. Stir until coated. With back of spoon press mixture in 9 inch pie pan. Freeze until firm. Spread ice cream, slightly softened into pan. Freeze for 2 hours. Serve with butterscotch or chocolate sauce. May also be topped with fruit. |
