60 Ritz crackers, crushed in blender
1/4 lb. butter mix & press in 9x13" pan
1/2 gal. cheap vanilla ice cream (soft)
1 1/2 c. milk
2 sm. instant coconut cream pudding

Mix ice cream, milk and instant coconut cream pudding in mixer. Pour mixture over crumbs. Refrigerate. When ready to serve top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with crumbs.
