WILD BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
Scant 1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

Sift dry ingredients together. Reserve about 1 tablespoon of sugar and flour to dredge berries. Beat egg, add milk and oil. Add to flour mixture to stir in. Fold in blueberries. Bake in 400 degree oven for 18-20 minutes in greased muffin pan. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
