WILD RICE SALAD 
1 1/2 c. ham, cubed
1 c. pineapple tidbits, well-drained
1 c. celery, diced
3/4 c. wild rice, cooked
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Few drops Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Place ham, pineapple, celery and rice in a large bowl. Mix together Miracle Whip, onion, mustard, salt, Tabasco sauce and lemon juice. Toss dressing with ingredients in bowl. Cover bowl and chill several hours to blend flavors. Serve in lettuce cups or halved cantaloupe. Serves 6.
