HOT MEXICAN SALAD 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can refried beans with chilies
1 sm. bottle hot taco sauce
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 tomato, cubed
Crushed taco Dorito chips

Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Add refried beans and taco sauce. Mix well and allow to simmer for about 1/2 hour, stirring frequently. Make a bed of crushed taco Dorito chips. Spoon on top of this the ground beef mixture. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
