HOT MEXICAN DIP 
1 lb. ground beef & 1/2 lb. sausage, browned & drained (cooked with onion if desired)
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped finely
Garlic to taste
1 tsp. or for hotter 1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese

Melt together and serve hot with corn chips.
