IDAHO GOLDEN POTATO WEDGES 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Seasoning Blend from 1 package Bag 'n Season for Pork Chops with 1 tablespoon flour.

Gradually add:

1/4 c. water
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. melted butter

Arrange Cooking Bag in 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Place 2 pounds red potatoes, cut in 1/2 inch wedges and 1 medium onion, cut in wedges, in Bag. Pour seasoning mixture over vegetables. Close Bag loosely with black nylon tie. Bake in lower half of oven 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
