KRUMKAKES 
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Krumkake Cone
Krumkake iron

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar, butter, flour and vanilla and mix well. Drop by tablespoon on hot iron. Press tightly together. Turn iron. Will brown in about a minute. Remove with knife and roll immediately on cone. May be filled with whipped cream. Best not to wash iron.
