STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
Take 8 slices firm bread, no crust slice and cube. Put 1/2 bread in baking dish. Cut two (8 ounces) cream cheese and put on top of bread. Put the rest of bread on top.

Beat 12 eggs and 2 cups milk and 1/3 cup maple syrup and pour over mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
