LEE'S CHEESECAKE 
2 lg. and 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese (19 oz.)
1 pt. sour cream (2 c.)
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

CRUST:

1/3 box graham crackers (crushed)
1/4 c. melted butter (4 tbsp.)

Preset oven at 350 degrees. Use 8 1/2 inch spring type pan.

Mix melted butter and crushed graham crackers thoroughly and press into bottom of pan.

Soften cream cheese. Add sour cream and blend until smooth. Add sugar in thirds. Add eggs one at a time, beating until blended after each addition. Add vanilla and blend well.

Pour mix onto crust and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Turn gas off! Leave oven door slightly ajar. Leave cake in oven for 1 1/2 hours.
