RUMSTICK CHEESE CAKE 
18 pieces Zwiebach
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 lb. butter
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Thoroughly crush Swiebach, melt butter then mix these first 4 ingredients. Line a springform pan with coating of above. Pat firmly with hand as thin as possible, leaving 1/2 cup for topping. Place in refrigerator until ready to fill. Put next 6 ingredients in mixer and beat until smooth.

Pour into shell. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and leave in turned off oven until cool. Put pan of water in oven while baking.
