KIDNEY BEAN SALAD 
2 (16 oz.) cans dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. onion, minced (optional)
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise until coated, but not too much. Add seasonings.
