KIDNEY BEAN RAREBIT 
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. catsup
Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can kidney beans
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook the chopped onion and green pepper in the butter a few minutes. Add kidney beans, catsup, seasonings and Velveeta broken into several pieced (or shredded). Mix all ingredients together on low heat until cheese is completely melted. Serve hot on buttered toast.
