MARINATE FOR BEEF 
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. bourbon
2 cloves garlic, cut in half

Put into plastic bag, then place meat inside and seal. Place in a container. Turn over several times a day. Refrigerate at least 2 days before hand. When roasting place meat in pan. Pour mix over. Make gravy of juice when roast is finished.
