PINEAPPLE CREAM CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding 1 c. milk 1 container Cool Whip 1 lg. can crushed pineapples (drain and save pineapple juice) Mix cake mix as directed. SUBSTITUTE drained pineapple juice for water. Bake as directed. TOPPING: Mix cream cheese until creamy. Add vanilla instant pudding and milk. Mix until creamy and fold in the drained crushed pineapples. Spread on cool cake and top with Cool Whip, coconut and crushed walnuts. (Coconut and crushed walnuts optional.) |
