MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. corn tortillas (12)
1 1/2 lbs. browned ground beef
1 med. chopped onion
1 can pinto beans
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Line bottom of 9x13 pan with tortillas, layer the remaining ingredients in the order given above, beef, onion, pinto beans, cheese. Mix the Ro-Tel tomatoes with the cream of mushroom soup and spread over the top. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and casserole bubbles, usually 40 to 50 minutes.
