BEEF BROCCOLI PIE 
1 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. water

Mix biscuit mix and water. Knead on flour-covered board and roll to the size of a pie plate.

FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
Salt
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped or chunks
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sour cream

Brown beef, onion, green pepper. Drain and add salt. Cook broccoli until crisp-tender, and drain. Combine broccoli and beef mixture with eggs, cheese, and sour cream. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until crust is done.
