COUNTRY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 c. chopped chicken or turkey
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
1 tbsp. chopped chives

Heat cheese, milk and salad dressing over low heat; stir until sauce is smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350, 35 minutes or until hot.
