COUNTRY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 c. chopped cooked chicken or turkey
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
7 oz. linguine, cooked, drained
1 tbsp. chopped chives

Heat Velveeta, milk and Miracle Whip over low heat; stir until sauce is smooth. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into 2-quart casserole; bake at 350 degrees, 35-40 minutes or until hot. Serves 6-8.
